Dealing with Difficult Employees

Do some of your colleagues remind you of the high school bully who stole your lunch day after day or the mean girl who intimidated you out of your favorite seat on the school bus? While difficult employees come in all manner of personalities, they share one common denominator: they live to make your work experience miserable! Difficult employees increase our stress levels, lower morale, and foster negativity. Be bullied no more! Learn how to identify aggressors, victims, and rescuers, and equip yourself with a barrage of appropriate responses to limit the effects of these difficult people. Confront your workplace bully through role plays, and set action plans to take more control of your workplace experience!

Imagine the harmony, synergy, and strength of your team as its members read from the same sheet of music instead of each person playing his own tune! If you are implementing a new training program or are interested in how to improve or expand an existing one, this session will provide you with powerful new tools and methods. We will introduce the ADDIE Model of Instructional Design and study workplace examples, as well as discuss fun and motivational methods for creating a team-based training culture within your workplace.
