Workshops and Seminars

Workshops are half, one or two day training sessions.  Content is shared through a Powerpoint presentation, handouts, group discussion, interactive activities and recommended reading lists.

Training Seminars are one, two, or four hours in length and great for full time and/or seasonal staff training.  We customize the seminar to best reflect the current issues and concerns of the organization.  Our speakers invigorate the audience with common sense, humor and practical insights.  Seminars are within the areas of customer service, leadership, teamwork, etc.

On-Site Training

We will travel and serve any area or location to provide on-site, team focused training programs.  TMI’s workshops are a cost effective way to ensure your entire staff can attend the training; we even offer two duplicate training sessions in one day so as to maximize time and opportunity to reach as many employees as possible with the same content and skill builders.
