Ted Cligrow

Edward T. Cligrow, III (aka Ted), has 20 years of executive management experience, of which 15 years included progressive responsibility with The Sherwin-Williams Company. In his role as General Manager, Ted was accountable for one of the company’s largest $250 million operation. Additionally, he led as General Manager for more than five years for a privately held wholesale distributor. Under his leadership, top line sales increased to over $65 million, an increase of 86%.

He specializes in organizational growth and bottom-line results through his experience in professional facilitation, financial forecasting, business planning, strategic planning, performance management, leadership training, employee development and business evaluation. Ted’s proven experience in strategic, tactical and execution ability in organizational turn-around of publicly and privately owned organizations provides for a diverse consulting platform for a variety of business industries.
